When is the beta launching?
We're targeting April 2026 for the public beta. Funder's Pack members get earlier access.
Are there any per-client or per-transaction fees?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee. We don't take a cut of your revenue.
What's the difference between Lab' and Enterprise?
Lab' is designed for testing and personal projects with a revenue cap of €250/month. Enterprise removes all limits and includes advanced features for production use.
Can I migrate from other platforms?
Yes. We have an import tool that migrates clients, services, invoices, and tickets. We can also assist with custom migrations if needed (contact us for details).
Is it self-hosted?
Yes. You run Dash on your own server. We also offer managed hosting if you prefer.
Is Dash open source?
Dash is not open source. However, we provide extensive documentation and a public API for integrations.
What is the recommended server specifications?
Benchmarks show Dash runs well on a server with at least 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, and 20GB SSD for small to medium setups. Larger deployments may require more resources depending on usage.
Our development server is a bare minimum configuration for testing and demos to ensure accessibility and performance. We can actually run Dash on as low as 1 vCPU and 1GB RAM for very small setups without any issues. (We have successfully run it on a toaster-like device!)
What is the planned update and maintenance policy?
During the beta phase, we will provide regular updates and bug fixes in weekly (or bi-weekly) releases. After the beta, we plan monthly releases with new features, improvements, and security patches.
Lab' plan users will receive updates as soon as they are released, but Entreprise plan users will receive a dedicated maintenance window with guaranteed uptime and priority support.
Note that during the beta phase, we cannot guarantee full production readiness. We recommend using the Lab' plan for testing and personal projects only until the stable release.
All features are going to be available at beta launch?
No, we aim to have the core features ready for beta launch. We are going to start with the Free plan, followed by Lab' and Enterprise after. Some advanced modules and integrations will be released post-beta.
To permit early adopters to test all features, we are going to upgrade Funder's Pack members to Lab' and Enterprise plans as features become available.
